All of our products come with an accuracy guarantee. If you find the accuracy of the data you purchase has not met this standard, please contact the sales consultant you worked with during your purchase. If you purchased your data online, please contact us. We will replace the defective data to the point where our guarantee has been met.
On larger special orders, we may not have enough additional data to replace defective data. In those cases you can choose alternative data segments or a prorated reimbursement for the data that fell short of our accuracy guarantee.
To be eligible for data replacements or partial refunds, we must be notified within 45 days of the invoice date or purchase date (if purchased online).
